Shipping

We process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is 2–4 business days.

For international orders, delivery may take 5–10 business days depending on the destination.

All orders above €75 qualify for free shipping within the EU. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days after we have received and checked the returned items.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault on our side.
