Shipping Information

Fast, Secure and Worldwide Delivery

At Jugador, we make sure every order reaches you safely, wherever you play.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and Deutsche Post.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within one to two business days after payment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time.
If you have not received your tracking information within three business days, please contact us at support@jugador.shop with your order number.


Customs and Import Duties

For orders outside the European Union, import duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These costs are not included in our shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.


Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or if the delivery is refused, the shipping costs for resending will be charged to the customer.
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.


Pre Orders and Product Launches

If your order includes a pre order item or a product launch, all items will be shipped together once the new product is available unless stated otherwise on the product page.
