Terms and Conditions

At Jugador, we believe in clarity and transparency. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Jugador and to every distance contract concluded between Jugador and the consumer.

3. Offer and Agreement

  • The agreement is concluded once you place an order through our webshop and receive a confirmation by email

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders if there are errors in the offer or in the order

4. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are listed in euros and include VAT (unless stated otherwise)

  • Payments can be made using the available payment methods in our webshop

  • Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully completed, unless a post-payment option (e.g. Klarna) is selected

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, expected delivery time is shown during checkout

  • Delays due to force majeure or external factors cannot be fully excluded

  • Shipments will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to return an order within 30 days of receipt

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Opened supplements and personalized products (e.g. customized teamwear) are excluded from return, unless manufacturing defects apply

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of our products

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective order

8. Complaints

  • For complaints, please contact us at support@jugador.shop as soon as possible

  • We aim to respond to and resolve complaints within 14 days

9. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (such as strikes, disruptions, pandemics, transport problems, or other unforeseen circumstances), we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
